Well said. Well written. Many writers use an app called Grammerly. I do, as well. That said, I use it for spelling and punctuation. When it suggests something, you can use it or not. I do not allow it to change my story or my characters.
For example, if I have a character that speaks a certain way and uses local colloquialisms, I do not want that changed in any way.
I agree that if an artist uses AI for a photo or art, then they should identify it as such.
And yet,... everyone well most businesses, Adobe, Google sadly have jumped on board. Not me. The Google search now dumber than a pile of rocks. And I was already insecure in learning how to edit my picture on their Adobe format, finally after overcoming too late they announced we are with Ai. I hear writers were julibent about utilizing this great advanced software tool until they discover during editing their novels, Ai had changed not only the mis spelling, but their story. Hope they still had a copy of their unique individual creativity story. It's bad enough to hear blah blah about all it's able to do, artists will fight tooth and nail in court if they think someone violated their copyright without permission. But they carelessly give Ai everything freely. Now, I am terrified how easily people are duped. It's not an investment for me, to loose my identity,my essence in editing, written words, drawn pictures, photographs that I saw from my own eyes.... Call me an relic.

Dave,
I am trying to schedule another interview with my friend AI. He (It) seems so busy lately.

I have called the dock workers union to see if AI needs a rep!
