I sometimes have a difficult time focusing. My mind races, and I can become easily distracted. But guess what? I have discovered that it is my superpower. It allows me to be very creative. When I fought it, when I wanted to control it and focus, I didn't succeed. I could create in writing and art when I accepted who I was.
Know this. Perfection is the enemy of good. My first watercolors were shocking disasters.

I think most whom had a form of ADHD, are usually very heavily detailed in whatever is done: conversations,doing creative businesses, letter writing. I have Inattentive ADHD, myself. I'm an addict to details, except in Digital arena. Even people who have 0% neither of these can also articulate in Detail both words and vocations, I find too.
